What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Refunds and exchanges won't be offered unless wrong product has been shipped. Pictures must be provided. Send concerns to opugawts@gmail.com.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We do! The pandemic may cause overseas delays, but international shipping has resumed. UK orders would require an Etsy listing.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Packages are shipped Thursdays or Fridays.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

My product isn't exactly to size as listed on your website!
Many of the prints are hand cut, but the margin of error is aimed to be less than 1/8" (0.3 cm).

Will my product have a watermark on it?
Not across the image. The 4 x 6", and 8" x 8" and 8 x 10" ( 8.5 x 11" ) prints may have my website link on the bottom corner of the page.

Bookmark size?
The laminated bookmarks are 8" x 2", and you may request them to have a braided tassel.

Sticker information?
Unless otherwise stated, the stickers are printed on weatherproof vinyl paper provided through Online Labels.
They are waterproof.
Each sticker is at least 2" on the longest side.
The stickers are hand cut by me!

Do you do fan art requests?
This mostly depends. To guarantee your specific character will be created in a timely fashion, please commission me. Otherwise, the character will be placed on a long list of maybes and will be at my discretion on how they are rendered! If the requested character is within my fandom, they may be completed sooner.
